The location is perfect for visiting Nashville and the surrounding area. The staff is very polite and accommodating during my stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel seemed outdated and had numerous maintenance issues, making my experience less enjoyable than anticipated.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We loved how we could easily explore nearby attractions while enjoying a comfortable, spacious room during our stay.

Unpleasant odors in rooms!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi service causing frustration!!! Elevators are small and slow, leading to delays during peak times!!! Room maintenance needing attention!!!

I loved getting upgraded to a suite for the same price—it made my stay feel extra special! The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and I enjoyed some great coffee in the mornings. The only small hiccup was that the elevator carpet could use a good clean, but overall, I can’t wait to come back! ☕

the bathroom needed attention. the king suite was spacious and clean. i loved the shower pressure and the comfy bed. great locations with restaurants and shops nearby.

i had a great stay at comfort inn! the king suite was super clean and comfy. It was really quiet on our floor. breakfast was excellent, with hot and fresh options that catered to everyone in my family. also, it’s so close to the galleria mall, which was a bonus.

Fantastic stay with accommodating staff

We had a lovely stay, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complemented by a great breakfast selection to start our days. However, some areas of the hotel could use updates, particularly the carpets and wall coverings.

Location near Cool Springs Galleria makes it easy to hit up shops and restaurants. The king suite offers spacious vibes. Room amenities include microwaves and fridges for a hassle-free stay.

Breakfast was adequate but nothing to brag about, with greasy sausage that was tough to cut. The noise from the nearby Harley Davidson shop was an annoying distraction after 7 PM. Moreover, the carpet in the bedroom could use a serious cleaning and the one in the elevator is in desperate need of replacement.

The hotel was tidy and well-maintained, with a great location near attractions. However, front desk service could improve. check-in felt unfriendly, and my shower had low water pressure. The complimentary breakfast options were quite limited. I'd consider returning for the cleanliness, but there are a few issues to address.
